Re: Acetyl L-Carnitine and alpha lipoic acid
P-I-E-N-O News Discussion and Search
Hi Ken:
As far as I know, I have not read anyhting about the unwanted side
effects of both Aetyl-l-carnitine (ALC) and alpha lipoic acid (ALA). i take
both n an every day basis. ALC is neuroprotective, neuroregenerative,
anti-inlflammatory and anti-cancer properties. ALA is a master anti-oxidant,
plaaying acentral role in our physiology. You can find more info on these at
www.findarticles.com.
Good luck!
Raj
