Dear List, The destruction of Thw World Trade Centre and the associated killing,maiming and injuring of untold thousands of innocent people was, as are all terrorist acts, an act of utter cowardice. What the perpetrators of these acts may not realize is that they have changed the rules of engagement for the retribution that the United States will surely exact. No reparation will be enough. In the retribution, fragile economies may be decimated twice or three times over and innocent people may starve until their emaciated bodies yield to the grim reaper. So be it.
