I have a problem with tension in my jaw and throat.  My mouth hangs open and 
seems to be forced open by the muscles.  There is also tension in my throat.  
The combination makes it difficult to carry on normal conversation.

Tomorrow, I'm scheduled (Nov 26), I'm scheduled to have botoxin injections.   
Does anyone have the same symptoms?  Have you tried botxin?  Does it help?
