Dear Brenda,

I take Eldepryl (selegeline hydrochloride).  Demerol is potentially
LETHAL to Eldepryl users.

The APDA has a "PARKINSON'S ALERT ID CARD"which I carry in my wallet.  I
wrote  "NO DEMEROL" on it, and had the card laminated to weatherproof it.
