Re the sinemet generic:  I go to Kaiser -- my sinemet is manufactured by Teva
Pharmaceutical Ind. Ltd. Jerusalem, 91010, Israel and distributed by Lemmon
Company, Sellersville, PA 18960.  I take 1/3 of a 25/100 3 x a day.  I wish
somebody would come up with a pill cutter that cuts pills in thirds -- it's
hard to  cut it evenly and I notice a difference when I take a larger chunk or
smaller one.
