Description: Deserpidine and methyclothiazide are used together in an oral preparation to treat hypertension. Deserpidine is a peripherally acting antiadrenergic agent. Methyclothiazide is a thiazide-like diuretic. These ingredients have additive hypotensive activity.

Available as: Enduronyl^TM tablets: deserpidine 0.25 mg methyclothiazide 5 mg Enduronyl Forte^TM tablets: deserpidine 0.5 mg methyclothiazide 5 mg

Dosage: Enduronyl^TM tablets:

Adults: « to 1 tablet PO daily.

The dosage must be determined by individual titration with the separate components.

Enduronyl Forte^TM tablets:

Adults: « to 1 tablet PO daily.

The dosage must be determined by individual titration with the separate components.
