Dee, I think you have an excellent idea about doctors having PWP fill out a
questionaire about symptoms and chemical exposure.  The idea is do-able.
There must be an professional association of neurologists that can be
approached about the idea.

There is a professional group of movement disorder nurses that might be 
able
to advance the idea as well.  It is something to think about.
