Rick, I've found considerable help from using a foam rubber wrist-support
(I'm a computer programmer sitting at  a keyboard all day.  The foam acts as a
tremor-absorber & delays fatigue. This may be a dumb question, but is there some
way to  devise wrist support when playing musical instruments ?  If so, you
could probably disguise it as a weird fashion statement......
