I think you are fortunate if you don't have tremors.  They were my worst
symptom, now manageable as a result of  2 brain surgeries.  Exteme
difficulty speaking is also awful because you can't communicate by writing
with hands like paws.  It is difficult to explain the "pain" which is not
like a headache, but like strangling.
