I couple of small points to help with working on the computer - get a   wrist
support (a rolled-up towel will do, or office-supply shops sell them) ,  the
screen should be at eye-level with you sitting upright, you should be able  to
read with out squinting.
 Sorry to sound like a health and safety inspector, but these do  matter.
I'm a programmer & work on pcs all day.
