Hullo Cory,

My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's nearly seven years ago. We have
found it very useful to inform ourselves as much as possible about PD by
reading books and by browsing the internet. There are some very good books
in the market as also very useful websites. It is also important to keep as
positive a mindset as possible. Another thing that my husband was told by
his doctor was the importance of regular exercise. He said it was as
important as the medicines.

All the best to you and your father,
Moneesha Sharma
Wife of Prem, diagnosed with PD at 56, now 62 years old.
