Amanda, Turmeric, as you probably know, is a huge and indispensable part of our daily lives. It is eaten every day by almost every Indian and I have never heard of any side effects. There are lots of allergies to various foods, but not that I know of, to turmeric. It is also considered an antiseptic. Its a great natural ingredient!
