The VA is  supposed to be using a new   automated system --  the first a=

Tomorrow the VA will published the proposed rules that will make three ne=

diseases presumptive service connect for exposures to Agent Orange and=20=

other herbicides.  The proposed rules will formally be posted in the Fede=
ral=20
Register tomorrow.
